Ok - May have jumped the gun a bit with the previous posts given Ann says they are in Due Diligence on a takeover. However, Paladin has been major share holder since foundation of the company and coughed up and increased there holding in August last year.

Paladin are well aware of what NGM has on there ground and I would not be surprised if a Paladin Consultant is in weekly contact with the Mgmt of NGM given the size of its shareholding.

So not much Due Diligence to be done IMO... They already know this company intimately. I expect the discussion may be around the non U tenements in Madagascar and what to do with them.
