You may be right wogboy, maybe they would like a seat on the board and shares instead. Does anyone think NGM will resume trading before/if they come up with an offer?(Another new trading experience for me, haven't been involved in a takeover yet!!)Or will they stay in pre-open until takeover or no deal announcement?
