Love the optimism as a holder,
But stark reality is that the beaurcracy requires many many approvals, licences,etc
Further, the Market does not currently like to fund miners given the risk and 1 in 100 conversion rate to positive cash flow so, for an oz mine try 3, more like 5 years
Still think share qty aside, and ignoring its a cash outflow only business, RXL is terrific value
