Bob has spent the last 3 years, talking up the FLT, getting the cash from JP Morgan for the FLT, getting the approvals for the FLT etc.....now he has to spend some money on the FLT..and it's like he can't actually do it. OK he doesn't want to blow his little bank balance, he should have had something concrete to make us think the alternative was better. If doing nothing is the alternative, then I don't think it's better.
