The admin has explained that because there are many users in the telegram forum that have never bid in a placement prior to this offering.

I think the chances of the ICO never listing are the same as an ASX company never listing; as Ash is the CEO of an already listed ASX company.

I know little about IvyKoin but note they have done a deal with engage:BDR (ASX:EN1) which was announced this morning. The deal involves engage:BDR handling their marketing etc and states IvyKoin has received significant
investment from Change Financial (ASX:CCA) & been backed by former business heads of PayPal & Westpac.
