The IvyKoin ICO is being run the same as any other placement.
Any bid in a placement can be scaled back to zero & if demand is high, all bids could be scaled back as there is limited supply.
The admin has explained that because there are many users in the telegram forum that have never bid in a placement prior to this offering.
I think the chances of the ICO never listing are the same as an ASX company never listing; as Ash is the CEO of an already listed ASX company.
