From a recent Telegram post, it sounds like bids of less than 10k may be scaled back to 0...

10k is a sizeable investment for what is high risk. Ignoring the upside, what would you say the chances are that the 10k could have zero value - i.e. tokens never listed, or are practicaly valueless.

I understand the technology but not too familiar with icos or just how risky this is!
