Hmm so ADI have a further 36M shares in their bid. After today they have 6 days left in their takeover offer. Assuming the rest of the day sees not too much action, theyll be looking at needing about 20M shares in 6 trading days to claim 90% ownership. Could get pretty tight I reckon.
