the radio broadcast is a bit on the hokey side, as the supposed 20-30% increase in drilling efficiency as a result of time saving due to onsite accommodation reducing transport times. Doesn't seem like He has been too time critical in any past actions? I wonder what is warranting the need to up the ante?
