I'd be surprised that they would have proceeded with the announcement re: dividends had they not been confident of getting it across the line with the necessary % required.

As stated before we now have the catalyst to take this little gem to the next level. We can speculate about who will pay up what and at what premium but unless you have the full picture it's heresay.

No doubt the management of the company have strategised the different scenarios going forward and are treading the path of maximum benefit for the company and will progress it within the means at their disposal.

They've done the right thing by investors thus far and have a great track record.

In the meantime have a great easter everyone and this will play out in accord with the events already set in motion.
