Why do you say they were having trouble raising funds to develop? That is completely made up.
They have 50m cash on balance sheet for starters, plus more from WD production and royalties coming in. We know IVA were keen on other assets, so they could have raised even more cash from selling those. That wouldn't leave much else to raise and they have already proven to Barcap they can repay their debts.
