As I mentioned before, I think that this has already been factored in in the eventual deal ... should it occur.

I think the Company will distribute the $100m in the form of a dividend, PLUS repatriate SOME (but not all) of the balance as excess capital to shareholders.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see some $$$'s left over for M&A opportunities, and for fast tracking exploration of the remaining 2,400 sq. kms of dirt around Cloncurry.

Thankfully they didn't go to HK to float on a li-lo in the 4-Seasons 'Infinity' pool for 6 weeks to deliberate the deal - lol.
