Lucky IVA has NOT a majority holding big enough to vote down this offer.

But they can go and take EXS out, and I would not be suprised to see this happen.

All these big boys want to take-over the small fish a cheap as possible and IVA must now feel left out because Xtrata has taken the bacon home.

And most of us know that Xstrata can smell a good deal from miles away.

Plenty room for a counter offer imho.

I hope so but I also know that IVA wants the dirt that EXS has as that would be next the copper project, the jewel in the crown.

The party is not over yet, on the contrary the invites have only just been send away.
