In addition to the chart similarities you pointed out, suggesting a rise in the SP from our current point, the two other factors that may provide a boost are: The Ivanhoe ann. is very unlikely to prevent a sale and could actually help a higher offer; and as Jojo mentioned, the 62 cents backing is incredibly high for a 67c stock.
My guess is that the market will also consider and process these factors in the coming weeks and confidence will return to provide an even greater SP high.
As far as timing is concerned, there is the shareholder meeting and FIRB to consider ...so months before any dividend payment to shareholders will occur, but still the value will not disappear and should only be enhanced as risks are reduced with the clarity provided by information such as the quarterly.
