PP, I think they will be spitting out enough cash in the next 12 months to meet or go close to meeting your dividend request and continue the buy back. I imagine they will only be in the market for stock under 40c for the next 6 months if not 12 months, they don't need to bid it up as they are in no hurry.

To me what they are saying is we are the only buyer of any serious volume in the stock and we will stand in the market and buy everything for sale under 40c. Unless some big blocks come out of the wood work and sell it may be no easy task to pick up another 12 million shares or whatever the number is they are after in the next 12 months. As a shareholder it is comforting to know you can sell at anytime for a guaranteed 39 or 40c over the next 12 months.
