Certainly agree with your comments and I to would not be surprised to see an update in the near future. My punt is that it will be some time next week...why?.... There seem to be more positive vibes around EMS and I get the feeling that there is now a more inclusive attitude from SC. The latest updates on ArTiMist were received on the 10th and 20th August (3 week interval) and given the positives about the rain and recruitment numbers I wouldn't be surprised if a 3 week update is issued around 20th August.
