You would have to wonder how much "real" and how much "imagined" animosity exists between ARC and Nexus.
Cross holdings might actually suit each company as some form of protection against unwanted take-over interest (although how much is debatable).
Anyway given the potential of both companies the holdings are not bad investments for either.
