OGC seems to have been surging strongly of late even though their Didipio mine is based in the Philippines makes up 40% of their production and has actually been highlighted by environmentalists as problematic open pit mine.
That said, from what I've been reading the focus is likely to be more on small scale, open pit miners not operating to modern mining standards.
My sense is that MML's Co-O mine will not receive too much scrutiny given that it's underground, but the prospects for developing the B1 deposit might be tougher to get off the ground.
That said, if B1 development was not given the green light the increasing cash flow and the growing cash pile could be used to start paying dividends or looking for potential acquisition targets in more mining friendly nations.
