The plea made on behalf of Napthine is that to allow a pro rata claim would disenfranchise hospitals and promises his Government has made to help poor people around Victoria. Lets be honest here Napthines biggest push is a road not a hospital, he wants to grab the biggest slice of wealthy voters from his east west link with his new road. And he funds it by telling a Court that the Court will be taking money outta the mouths of the poor..or problem gamblers.
So the courts must allow the state treasurer not to exercise discretion...a pack of lies.
I think its only fair to make Napthine put some money where he tells to the Courts hes putting it...into the above hospitals...lets push to tell TTS to with draw funding Victorian hospitals.
