Is anyone aware of, and able to explain the situation between PRW and GNI?

GNI have gone up 25% today and is finally about to go exploring. What I'm wanting to know is do PRW get financial benefit the higher GNI's shareprice goes?
PRW finally starting to fluctuate some more volume, hopefully starts to push again shortly and retest its highs.
