The water that is left from my understanding is still water and not flowing. The roads were in bad repair. More rain is not good as it means that more evaporation is needed before we can go to site.
The next news we will get will be probably road repairs starting which hopefully will be September. I don;t think we will drill before xmas now.
4c is fine by me as it will be my signal to buy more.
