I am not giving investment advice (nor acting for Australian Unity) but an interesting low risk investment with good returns is the Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust funds- quite a number of Ramsay hospitals are actually owned by the fund. It is very popular and it may already be closed for subscription. But they seek new investments from time to time.
Not bad if you can be a small landlord of private hospitals to blue chip companies paying rent !
