    I would agree 100% if the company was currently in negotiations regarding the deal.

    Even governments de-classfiy sensitive information after certain timeframes.

    The proposed deal is dead and has been over a long time. How long do the proposed terms of the deal need to remain confidential?

    From the outside, it looks like the relationship between CAP management and Silvergate started to become strained when this proposed deal was rejected by CAP management.

    So who was right and who was wrong, was it a good deal or a crap deal?, I would love to know.

    After being a strong supporter of CAP management, my confidence is starting to sway.
