I have some sympathy for your feelings. However, the world does not work that way. No serious company is going to enter into negotiations and make a serious offer of the nature shareholders would consider unless CAP enter into a confidentiality agreement. The other party will not want its business disclosed to the world, including competitors and other potential partners. Also, it is not in the interest of CAP or its shareholders for the negotiations to be divulged as this would severely limit potential negotiations with other parties. While I also would like to know the details of the offer alluded to, I would not want CAP in the hands of a Board which would conduct sensitive commercial negotiations in public.
