I know I said I was gone, but has got the better of me.
TAG shares 1 for 49 CCE means I would get roughly 20k shares in TAG... even at current price 9.7 cents means I’ve been compensated with 2 grands worth of TAG for a drop of 10 grand in CCE if we use 3cents to 2cents as a comparison. In reality we are screwed even worse than that.
This is why it amuses me to see people say oh but we are getting TAG Shares!!!!
And what about Tender WS1227200386 CLOSED 12th April
So how does this work now.
Has there been delay in awarding this Tender considering the shift in EMC?
What impact did this have on CCE decision to dump EMC for peanuts..did CCE know we missed out? Who knows!!
So many questions to be answered and would be nice if someone or the establishment would answer them.
There are real people hanging off the dregs left behind by CCE. Another big kick in the teeth will be if MPower/EMC pick up part or all of this SPS Tender and benefit... CCE get SFA!
Oh but hang on... I lose a motza on CCE but gain a tid bit with the Merger.
