Maybe they dont need to use reserves if they pass the modifying factors they discuss. Neither really discuss it!
I will say that RWD's announcement is much more transparent. They discuss all the companies involved in determining the study, whereas, AMN only mention Advisian and shoved everything into the table at the end in bullet point form.
