No dividend has been declared for the 2004 financial year. Subject to the achievement of the current business plan, the Board of Southcorp anticipates the declaration of a final dividend in the second half of 2005. Significant cash demands will be placed on the business in 2005 as a result of the implementation of the asset review announced in June 2004. We anticipate that these demands will be satisfied from existing facilities and cash generated from the business
