It does look like it is in the bag, PDN now have 8.5 mil of the 20mil not in escrow, was hoping SMM would have had a tilt and made this a contest.

But still a slim chance of a better offer(very slim), even if one is put forward with PDN having 40% of the free float they could probably knock any other bid on the head.

I was surprised by the increase in PDN holdings seeing at though the offer doesnt close until the 8th of sept, I would have thought that most would wait untill the last days just in case someone else had a sniff...anyhow looks like the fat lady is getting ready!!!!
