How does a takeover dilute the true valve of a stock????
Any takeover Ive been involved with a price is offered at a premium to what the stock is trading and if the major shareholders agree bang deal done.
Dilution happens when more shares are issued in a share purchase plan/ Capital raising not a takeover.
