I agree with you on your first para but disagree on the second and would like to offer my oinion. Like a lot of others here, I want to go mining. I'd feel a whole lot better receiving divies down the track and having a higher shareprice along the way. A takeover wouldn't appeal to me because the effect it would have on true value of my stock. (dilution).
Yep ecca, now would be a good time for a halt announcing a suspension from trading, build up speculation with a couple of ann's and then hit it hard with a lift in suspension, announcing the name of a partner in a JV and commencement of production.
