KRM had 251 mil shares last report which gives it a
market cap of $434 mil.
A million $ purchase would be 730K shares or 0.29%
of the company and is not reportable unless the buyer is already a significant shareholder or a director.
Those wishing to accumulate would do so over time at amounts less than 10% of daily turnover which is about
300k shares per day.This strategy has a low impact on price.
