For all we know, GSK may not even be in the equation.
The photo that was posted on FB, which read "...overseas members from our scientific advisory board, plus guests from both GSK and Merck" could have just been AH bringing a couple of his favourite young team members from GSK on an excursion, to show them his other love child.
That's why the inclusion of MERCK in the FB post, raises more interest for me personally.
