Mr McMahon has over 14 years experience in the resources sector in Australia and is the Joint Managing Director of Cazaly Resources Limited which is listed in Australia and is currently in the process of defining reserves at a number of gold properties. Previously Nathan founded and was CEO of Hamil Resources, a successful gold explorer that was purchased by International Gold in 2003. Mr McMahon has specialised in native title negotiations, joint venture negotiations and project acquisition due diligence. He is a director of several unlisted mining and exploration companies with interests in platinum group elements, base metals, industrial minerals and diamond exploration. Mr McMahon is currently also a non executive director of AIM listed South China Resources PLC. Mr McMahon replaces Mr Barry Woodhouse who resigned as a director, effective 30 May 2007, to concentrate on other business commitments. The Company thanks Mr Woodhouse for his contribution in his role as a Director and previously as Company Secretary. Mr Woodhouse managed the Company’s IPO and has been an important contributor to the success of the Company to date.
