By my reckoning TTY just clicked over the 50% mark this morning and now has 50.07%, so game over.

What an outstanding defence by an outstanding board. All too hard so do nothing say nothing, its hardly worth doing a Stalingrad over it, as its other peoples money.

Watch the acceptances flood now.

Despite the bluster by Denial and others, I suspect there is little prospect of upside from 10 cents and remember if there are less than 400 shareholders down the track it may move or be moved to delist. The March quarterly will no doubt be an eye opener as to the true financial state of this company.

Some OLY shareholders will not forget how and why this opportunistic takeover was initiated and orchestrated to their financial detriment.

Hopefully what comes around goes around.
