A very bearish ANN today, but I am not sure what it means:
"The directors sincerely apologise to all stake hold
ers for the ultimate demise of the company."
... the Directors of UXA have resolved to cease trading, effective immediately."

Cease trading? Is that another name for liquidation? It's an unusual ANN, with no explanation as to what it means for shareholders. Something to follow? Your thoughts?
