Funny how we got the Mining License in Feb 2011 and then Sata was elected Prime Minister later that year and his party ousted the party of the past 20 years.
I think the brakes are full on here who knows maybe till 2016 and another election.
Like GGG in GreenLand and even Down Under with the Mining and Carbon Tax its hell hard when the Pollies stick their little fingers in the pie....
