In effect that’s the choice we are all going to get, by owning Tag shares we all get to decide which way we want to jump. If the board has made a decision/recommendation that keeping EMC is not financially viable then what’s the point of us voting against the saleof EMC to TAG, even at a loss im thinking it may be a better option. If the sale does not proceed what will that achieve? Where to from there?
