    As a top 100 shareholder in CCE and as I have said in my previous posts on this, I will not be voting in favour of the sale to TAG.

    If there is an overwhelming no vote, it may well force a new higher offer. Alternatively, EMC collapses back into CCE.

    I am hopefull that there is a significantly higher forced on TAG.
