JHC is just a smaller version of EHE - their balance sheets are almost in proportion their number of beds, so the same issues exist (occupancy, govt fees,RAD v DAP, bank support etc)
Interestingly, their market caps are almost identical - I would have thought that in the long run, EHE would trade with a market cap of 40% more than JHC, reflecting the bed difference, with some downward adjustment for the interest expense on the extra debt they are carrying. This is similar to the major banks where market caps are reflective of asset base size (in the long run).
