And the only ones benefiting are the usual parties.
STILL NO NEWS ON LOI?
Why not? Is it because the whole episode was a farce? Was it designed as a vehicle to get money out of shareholders via the SPP? Will we end up with a membrane plant, or will it be the same old story?
Who will be blamed this time? Rest assured, it won't be the real culprits!
