Everywhere I look, it just seems as though Management are being too tricky with the numbers.

    - conveniently restating the FY13 Audited results to included bonuses that were paid in FY14, so that the expense hits FY13 and not FY14, meaning that actually RFL now actually missed their FY13 guidance

    - highlighting operating EBITDA pre any R&D expense, when theR&D expense actually relates to ongoing client work, critical to generating the current year revenue/EBITDA

    - highlighting record profits when it was only the result of recognising a tax benefit

    Hard to take management seriously.

Get the feeling now that there is too many ex-management consultants involved in RFL now, and RFL is now so focused on strategy, it is moving away from its previous innovative, tech-head roots.

Very disappointed as a flash crash almost always pre-empts price action to those levels...the sell down to 40c a couple of weeks ago was an obvious huge warning sign, and I should have sold more on the rebound.

Having said that, probably a fair bit of emotion/dissappointment selling yesterday, so it should recover some of yesterdays losses as rational decision making returns
