someone sold at .002 to start sell off at .002.
in last 1 month over 15-18 mil shares sold of at .003 from market. it's clear MT split. see Against vote for Sweep sell and that will only increase.... we are not having any clarity and perhaps never will have.
only thing we can do is not sell our rights so cheap.
