    stayer..... i had no faith in Watson as CEO of TSE so i never bought or followed them closely. They really were smashed losing a full 90% with capital raising being the finalstraw. Hence, i have no knowledge re debt sitution of TSE or its offshoot. Watson was booted and new CEO seems far more intelligent... but am committed elsewhere. My favs to gain from infrastructure boost remain UGL DOW LEI and MAH. I sold my DOW about 6 weeks ago. Wish i had held but was stretched elsewhere esp by BLY.
