MG19 the class action is probably only worth considering if you have already sold your shares.

If it gets up in years to come I dont think there is anything stopping an individual subsequently pursuing action is there?

I assume that if you chose this course you would just have to fund it yourself.

Personally I would prefer to put the energies into making the loss back via companies with honest management and appropriate market guidance
