    VPE is mad not to participate. BPT will gain control of Impress before end of the week and will then immediately capital raise on Impress hsareholders and BPT will act as underwritters.

    This will delay drilling programs due to funding.

    Accept fate here people and pocket some cash. Learn to love big brother...
