Why are VPE blocking it?
WHat difference does it make if ITC of BPT own the remaining part of the permits?
Well of course it matters because VPE either want to buy the rest of it, or force BPT to make a better offer for the whole lot.
We know BPT likes what they see, now it's a matter of negotiating the price. The Oil fairway is in play. The question is how much and how long will this take?
