rdf Anything could cause a doubling of fatalities in Scottsdale. Some particularly bad weather earlier this year? A bus accident? Buffalos rampaging down the streets? (Ok maybe Armadillos then).
Why worry about the shareprice? Give the sellers who want their cash out time to sell. Get in at a reasonable price.
