The major shareholder didn't acquire the shares, it was just a transfer between his personal entities (probably transferred into super for tax).
To me it looks likely to be an acquisition.....Founder/shareholder with 40% probably feels the business is worth much more than CMP, therefore even a 30% premium will not satisfy his view on valuation.
Lets wait and see.
