I am very encouraged to see what has been happening with CEL in the past couple of weeks.
The flush out of some sellers down to 1c, then the quick retrace up and now the small time cap at 2c. I am hoping someone will want to hit my buy order placed this morning.
For me now CEL is well worth the gamble. At worst it becomes a tax write off on other shares and at best it returns to previous highs on positive news out of SA.
Red or Black, Odd or Even. Let's hope for the holders sake we land on the right result. GLTAH
