It will certainly be an AGM to attend for more than coffee and cake. It could go on for a while so maybe a Redbull or even something stronger may be the order of the day.

It takes a lot of the fun out of the AGM when you are required to vote 48 hours before the AGM by 10.30am Perth Time (I think they meant WST). Whats the point of voting on a show of hands? If it doesn't reflect what the Chairman already knows he calls a poll.
